Thank you so much Jo. Your workshop was very insightful. I jumped into action with my chicken coop as soon as I got home. They have greens now, too.

Mani

Thanks for hosting a very informative workshop. We really enjoyed it. Good luck with the goats!

Lauren

Hi Jo, I really enjoyed the humanure workshop. It was very clear, practical and informative.

Arriving at Heart& Soil, I felt I could spend the whole day learning how to live off the land. I was really excited to see Jo and her family - people in my near- neighborhood living in harmony with the earth and genuinely being self-sufficient.

Baby steps for us urban living-folk, the nettle workshop was a perfect place to begin - whilst learning tips about how to forage and use this wild nutrient-packed plant, I also thoroughly enjoyed a morning with like-minded people, some delicious nettle tea, home grown honey and wonderful freshly baked sourdough nettle bread with home made goats cheese! A veritable feast for the senses! Can't wait to do the next course.

Fekry

Thanks Jo, loved the chats. Very inspiring and will be back for more :)

I just wanted to let you know that it was utterly inspiring to see what you and your family have achieved in the space, and your proudly feminine-forward and sensitively pragmatic approach really reminded me to check some of the parts of my vision for an eventual (dream!) homestead/permaculture life. I’ll be back in the garden tomorrow with fresh eyes!

Thank you 🌿

Thanks Jo, as always, anything but a waste of time! I also don't smell as well as I should so, was thrilled to see just how simple life can be. And in being so simple, how wonderfully fertile and full of life your world becomes. Love visiting and just taking it all in. Thank you.
